Following this, a press conference (with media attending both in-person and online) and a preview event for the renovated daycare room were held on Wednesday, October 7th.

First, Hideki Suzuki, Director and Marketing Director of Kashima Antlers, began with a greeting, saying, "We are working on the theme of how to utilize areas other than soccer matches. As lifestyles are expected to change significantly in the future, I believe this renovation of the daycare room can be an opportunity for us to propose various ideas to Eye-Full Home. We hope that what we are doing for our fans and supporters, together with Eye-Full Home, will be conveyed, even if only a little."

Next, Mr. Nobuhiko Kajima, President and Representative Director of LIXIL Housing Research Institute, explained the intention and background of the renovation: "We carried out this renovation to improve hospitality so that fans and supporters with children can enjoy their time more comfortably at Kashima Stadium. Kashima Stadium is also a venue for events at the Tokyo Olympics. Eye-Full Home is committed to a base concept of 'Kids Design.' We utilized the expertise cultivated there for this renovation."

Following this, Nao Wakamatsu from the Product Department, Product Headquarters of LIXIL Housing Research Institute, who was actually in charge of the renovation, introduced the renovated daycare room.

After the press conference, the event moved to a preview tour. Zico TD also participated in the preview.

Zico TD commented on the daycare room, saying, "I am very happy to be present at such an event as this renovation. It's wonderful that parents can entrust their children with peace of mind so they can concentrate on the match. In my soccer career, I have never seen a stadium with such a facility. Therefore, I am very proud that this team has such a stadium. I am very grateful to everyone at Eye-Full Home. This renovation allows us to provide a facility where everyone who comes to the stadium can enjoy themselves to the fullest. I believe we have achieved another one of our goals. For the children who use it, this daycare room has a kitchen, and they can even play soccer in the garden area. Everything is in place, making it a facility where they can play safely."

The new daycare room, conceptualized as "Relaxed and Fun - A Small My Home," aims to provide an environment where fans and supporters with infants can watch matches at the stadium with peace of mind. The entire indoor space is envisioned as a small house and divided into seven zones: "Entrance," "Living Room," "Dining & Kitchen," "Tatami Room Space," "Study Corner," "Washbasin Area," and "Garden." Each zone also incorporates safety designs to prevent injuries from falls, and the daycare room is equipped with a photocatalytic sterilization and deodorization machine, usually sold for medical institutions, ensuring a safe environment for use.

The "Entrance" features a house-like design for the daycare room's entrance, and a sliding door with a child lock is installed between the entrance and the interior, providing a safety design to prevent children from going outside alone.

The "Living Room" and "Dining & Kitchen" are equipped with a realistic mini-kitchen for playing house. Children can gather around and play happily with their friends. There is also a dining table and chairs, making it a free space where they can pretend to eat, read books, or play freely.

The "Tatami Room Space" is elevated, making it usable as a napping area for small children. Additionally, the "Study Corner" features wallpaper with a bookshelf design, where children can read picture books or draw.

The "Washbasin Area" is equipped with a hand-washing station at a height convenient for children, allowing them to wash and sanitize their hands at any time.

In the "Garden," a carpet resembling grass has been laid out to represent the indoor and outdoor areas of a house. Additionally, the garden faces the reception counter, allowing childcare workers to see clearly into the back of the room and easily monitor the children.

Regarding the operation of the daycare room, considering the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the start date will be determined after implementing J.League regulations and sufficient safety measures. We will announce the start date as soon as it is decided.
