<Comment from Koichi Nishikiori, Mayor of Kashima City>
"I am extremely pleased to have signed this agreement with Kashima Antlers and Mercari, and I have high expectations for future initiatives. The region faces various challenges, including a declining birthrate and aging population, which are difficult to solve with the efforts of the administration alone. Through this agreement, I hope that the three parties can work together to promote urban development from a new perspective, utilizing information and communication technology and the resources of Kashima Antlers."

<Comment from Fumiyuki Koizumi, President of Kashima Antlers>
"In an era where new technologies will enter society and make people's lives more convenient, it is important how we, as a professional football club, can leverage our strengths to contribute to the urban development of Kashima City, our hometown. Valuing the history of Kashima Antlers walking together with the community, and with the understanding of the citizens, I want Kashima City, Mercari, and Kashima Antlers to work together as one to contribute to the development of the region."
