The morning session started with passing drills, followed by basic training, transition drills between offense and defense, possession drills, and mini-games. In the mini-games, players like Izumi and Nagato unleashed powerful shots, showing full energy from the very first day of training.










The afternoon practice consisted of core training under the stadium eaves and interval running on the field. The players completed 8 sets of 4-minute interval runs.
