This facility is a full boarding house, primarily for youth players aiming to become professionals. In the future, it will be widely used across the entire academy for various purposes, including training camps for different age groups.

The main entrance on the first floor features a large emblem and trophies won by Antlers' youth organization to date.
The lounge area, adorned with the Zico spirit, serves as a place for relaxation for players, coaching staff, and visitors alike.
The large public bath is equipped with 10 showers, providing ample space for many people. Additionally, three bathtubs have been installed to allow for alternating hot and cold baths.
The drying room wall can store up to 500 pairs of shoes. After maintenance, shoes can be hung directly on pegs to dry.
The dining and meeting room is lined with tables featuring the Antlers emblem.
Other facilities include an administrative office, overnight duty room, reception room, multi-purpose room, training room, conference room, and guest rooms.
The second floor has a total of 52 dormitory rooms. Each is a single room, with the Antlers emblem and room number on the door.
