Zico technical director visits Kashima City Hall

On Tuesday, September 25th, Zico TD visited the Kashima City Hall to promote "Hometown Days Kashima Day," which will be held on Sunday, October 7th, for the J1 29th round match against Kawasaki Frontale.

During his courtesy visit to Mayor Nishikiori, Zico TD said, "I am grateful for the warm welcome and words. I was greatly welcomed when I came 27 years ago, and it has remained in my memory, an unforgettable event in my life. I never thought Antlers could become this strong alone, and I am grateful that we have become such a club thanks to the support of many people. I believe this is all thanks to the support of the citizens."

Zico TD is an honorary citizen of Kashima City, and currently, there are only two such individuals. He stated, "I will continue to act in a way that lives up to the name of honorary citizen. Kashima City is my second home."

As he left, Zico TD shook hands with staff members and citizens present before departing Kashima City Hall.

For "Hometown Days Kashima Day," elementary, junior high, and high school students, individuals 65 years or older, and fan club members residing, studying, or working in Kashima City will be invited free of charge. General admission for residents, students, or workers will be available at a special price of 1,000 yen.
