The team arrived at the stadium earlier than scheduled and warmed up on the pitch sidelines until 4 PM. During the 15 minutes open to the media, they engaged in a passing drill.

Shanghai Shenhua had an official match on Saturday, so today was a relaxation day for them, and they reportedly did not hold an official training session. Their official press conference was held at the Hongkou Football Stadium at 6:45 PM.
