During the morning practice, physical training was conducted under the eaves of the stadium. After warming up, the players listened to Coach Satouchi explain the training they would be undertaking. Many pieces of equipment were laid out, and various menus were prepared.

In addition to abdominal exercises, barbell lifts, and core training, there was also a ball-touching segment to hone control under pressure. Despite looking tired, the players completed the menu, encouraging each other with loud shouts.

After the physical training, it was time for an unusual large rope-skipping exercise. The two ropes spun by the coaches had slightly different speeds, making the continuous jumping and running through them not easy. Also, the menu where multiple players held hands, timed their movements, and ran through the ropes all at once was very exciting. The players skipped the ropes with smiles, incorporating recreational elements into the training.

The morning practice concluded on the pitch with a running training that varied in pace. Initially, instructions were to run at high speed with a heavy load, but it ended with a slow cool-down.

The afternoon practice began around 3:30 PM. After warming up with hand-passing and "birdcage" drills, a shooting practice incorporating physical elements was conducted. It didn't end with finishing from a cross; the players pushed their bodies to the limit by sprinting along the touchline without stopping their movement. Yuto Misao and Leandro showed powerful runs.

Next up was possession training. Players connected passes while counting the number of exchanges, and once a set number was reached, they got a shooting chance. Intense pressing was seen everywhere as players tried to prevent each other from scoring. Kento Misao showed his spirit by giving loud instructions, while Uchida boosted team morale with a sharp sliding tackle.

Finally, it was time for practical training. Teams of nine engaged in fierce matchups with limited ball touches and playing areas. Kanazaki showed his presence with powerful breakthroughs and pressing, and Pedro scored with a fast dribble. Furthermore, Taira Maeda, participating from the youth team, also struck a brilliant dribbling shot.
