ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB recently held two blood donation drives: the "14th ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB Blood Donation Support Project" (held on a match day) and the "15th ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB Blood Donation Support Project" (held on a non-match day).
This project is part of the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB's philosophy-aligned sponsorship activities (*), and it is a continuous effort undertaken with the cooperation of the Ibaraki Red Cross Blood Center to help secure blood donors, whose numbers have been continuously decreasing in recent years.
The blood generously donated by all participants is used for patients facing life-threatening situations, such as those undergoing treatment for diseases like cancer and leukemia, or those experiencing massive blood loss due to traffic accidents or childbirth. We sincerely thank everyone for their warm support.

Utilizing a home game day, the event was held at the rotary in front of the Kashima Sports Center, adjacent to Mercari Stadium. We were able to conduct the blood drive with the cooperation of many visitors on the day.
Those who cooperated received "freshly baked sweet potatoes" from Rapoppo Farm as a recovery food, and also participated in a lottery to win a "towel muffler."

・Amount of blood secured: Equivalent to approximately 15-20% of the blood delivered to medical institutions in the prefecture on a single day

The 15th event was held at the clubhouse. This was the eighth time the event was held at the clubhouse, providing an opportunity for local residents who always support the Antlers, as well as clubhouse staff, to donate blood.
Those who cooperated received "freshly baked sweet potatoes" from Rapoppo Farm as a recovery food, and also participated in a lottery to win a "towel muffler."
Due to the effects of Typhoon No. 6 on the day, the number of participants was lower than in previous years, but we sincerely thank everyone who came and offered their warm cooperation.

・Amount of blood secured: Equivalent to approximately 5-10% of the blood delivered to medical institutions in the prefecture on a single day
Through these two blood donation drives, a total of 63 people (44 in the 14th and 19 in the 15th) participated. Your invaluable cooperation is a precious asset for saving the lives of many patients. We sincerely thank you.
