This event was held as part of ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB's philosophy sponsorship activities (*), aiming to connect member companies with Antlers fans and supporters, and the local community. On the day of the event, many students who are seriously considering their future careers participated, making it a valuable opportunity for them to learn about the appeal of various companies.

At the venue, staff from participating companies wore Antlers merchandise, creating a unified and welcoming atmosphere that allowed students to relax and interact with company representatives.
On the day of the event, a total of 45 students attended, including those who registered in advance and those who registered on-site.
At each company's booth, students listened intently to explanations from company representatives, and many could be seen diligently taking notes.
The students' eagerness to learn deeply about each company's business content, vision, and job satisfaction heightened the enthusiasm in the venue.
Kashima Antlers also set up a booth, where HR representatives explained the club's business and the appeal of working there.
The mascot Anton also came to liven up the booth and interact with the participants.

As a participation bonus, attendees received a ticket to that day's Shonan Bellmare match and an original Business Club ballpoint pen.
