"Antlers Business College" (hereinafter referred to as "ABC") is a program that allows participants to learn about sports business from various perspectives, from management to on-site, through hands-on experience with practical examples from Kashima Antlers. We are currently recruiting students for the 5th term.
At this event, we will conduct an online session including curriculum explanations by instructors and communication with alumni who have completed this program, in order to deepen your understanding of the content of "ABC."
Anyone is welcome to participate, so please feel free to sign up!

About "Antlers Business College"
"Antlers Business College" is a program that allows participants to learn about sports business from various perspectives, from management to on-site, through hands-on experience with practical examples from Kashima Antlers.During the approximately six-month program, under the guidance of instructors including Antlers management, participants will acquire management knowledge, engage in discussions with other participants on actual Antlers cases, and consider and propose specific business plans in groups, thereby gaining practical learning. The aim is to foster human resources who can contribute to the creation of value for the region and society, leading to a deeper understanding not only of football but of the entire sports business.
*This program is a joint program by Kashima Antlers F.C. Co., Ltd. and GLOBIS Corporation.
■Target Audience
・Business professionals who are currently involved in or wish to be involved in sports business in the future
・Professional athletes and sports management company staff who wish to deepen their understanding of sports business
・Local government officials and staff from sponsor/partner companies who are involved in sports business but wish to deepen their understanding and utilize it more effectively
■Schedule/Capacity
4th Term: June 2024 - December 2024 (11 sessions in total)
Maximum of 30 participants
