We are pleased to announce the launch of the 5th term of "Antlers Business College," a program aimed at developing future leaders in the sports business field, in collaboration with GLOBIS Corporation.

"Antlers Business College" is a program where participants can learn about the sports business from various perspectives, from management to on-site operations, while experiencing practical examples from Kashima Antlers. The 4th term was held from June to November 2023.

In the 5th term, which will run for approximately six months starting in June 2024, participants will acquire basic management know-how through classroom lectures led by instructors, primarily from Antlers' management team. Additionally, the program will provide practical learning through case studies, discussions among participants, and the development and presentation of concrete business plans. The goal is to foster individuals who can create value for the community and society by understanding the entire sports business, not just football.

In addition, managers from various groups within the club will participate in the program, and individuals who have led sports business fields other than football are also scheduled to speak.

Target Audience

・Business professionals currently involved in or aspiring to be involved in the sports business.
・Professional athletes and staff of sports operating companies who wish to deepen their understanding of the sports business.
・Local government officials and staff from sponsor/partner companies who are involved with the sports business but wish to deepen their understanding and utilize it more effectively.
