Notice: Recruiting New Staff for "Antlers Sports Volunteers" 2024

We would like to announce that we are recruiting new staff for the 2024 "Antlers Sports Volunteer" program.

This volunteer program primarily involves cooperating with the operations of Antlers' home games. We also offer various welfare events and other opportunities for participants. We welcome applications from those who have registered with us in the past, as well as those who are motivated to join.

Eligibility (must meet all of the following)

・Healthy individuals aged 18 or older (excluding high school students)
・Able to participate in at least 4 activities (at least 2 in the first half and 2 in the second half of the season) for home games from February to December 2024.

Activities

Operations activities during Antlers home games
1) Gate management
2) Seat guidance and information
3) Distribution of flyers, etc.
4) Spectator count tabulation
5) Ticket exchange
6) Ticket checking
7) Operation of eco-stations, etc.

Cooperation with volunteer activities for other local sports events, etc.

Activity Dates

Antlers home game dates
*Volunteer registrants will submit their available dates, and the secretariat will coordinate and notify them of their activity schedule.
*Information regarding activities for local sports events, etc., will be provided as needed.

Transportation Expenses, etc.

・Transportation expenses: Partially provided
・Injury insurance coverage (does not apply in cases of natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis)
・Meal (1 per activity): Provided upon request
・Uniform loan

Fill out the required information on the designated application form and mail it or bring it directly to the address below.
*We ask that you update your registration for 2025 and beyond whenever possible.
*Please attach a photo to your application form.

Training Session

A business training session will be held (dates and other details will be announced later).
*Attendance at this training session is required for registration, so please be sure to attend.

Welfare Events

Various welfare events are held for Antlers Sports Volunteer (ASV) staff.
*Please note that welfare events may be canceled or changed due to social conditions, etc.

・Away Training
Attend away games to observe the volunteer operations of other clubs and watch matches. This training allows members to learn about match operations elsewhere and apply that knowledge to Antlers' match operations, as well as deepen communication among members.

・Match Ticket Present
This system allows you to receive match tickets for Antlers home games if you participate in volunteer activities a certain number of times or more.

・ASV Gathering
An "ASV Gathering" is held once a year for all volunteers to participate.

・Commemorative Gift
Those who participate in activities 4 times or more annually will receive a commemorative gift (after the end of the year's activities).

・Recognition for Continued Participation
We recognize those who have participated continuously for 10, 20, or 30 years.

Other

If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, the steering committee will conduct a document review and notify the individuals concerned.
*Application forms will not be returned.
*This volunteer program complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, and personal information is managed appropriately with strict security measures under the responsibility of the management supervisor.
