・After the application deadline, we will send you an email with usage instructions.
・If a lottery is held due to a large number of applications, we will not be able to answer individual inquiries regarding winning or losing. Please understand this in advance.
・Please set your email reception to allow emails from the "@antlers.co.jp" domain so that you can receive the guidance email.
・Parking permits will be sent 2 business days before the match day. If you do not receive it by the day before the match, please contact the Antlers Call Center.
・It is not mandatory to present a disability certificate, but we may ask to confirm it in advance or on the match day. Please understand this in advance.
・Changes or cancellations due to customer's convenience after application cannot be made.
