This is an announcement for SÓCIO and season ticket holders who are eligible for free tickets for the 2023 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchday 13 against Nagoya Grampus, held on Sunday, May 14th.
This match will be a home game held at Japan National Stadium as part of the "J.League 30th Anniversary Special Match." Due to the change of venue from Kashima Stadium, all SÓCIO and season ticket holders, regardless of membership grade, will need to select their seats and obtain a ticket via "Kashi Ticket." Please follow the instructions below to obtain your free ticket.
Please note that various aspects, including entry procedures, will differ from regular home games, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The entire club looks forward to welcoming you.
How to obtain tickets
Step 1: Register for a J.League ID
Step 2: Link your J.League ID and Fan Club membership number (One-Touch Pass ID)
Step 3: Apply for the target ticket on "
Kashi Ticket"
*If you have already completed Steps 1 and 2, you can proceed from Step 3.

Access "
Kashi Ticket" on your device. If you are using a smartphone, tap "Register" in the top right corner. If you are using a PC, open the account menu in the top right corner and click "Register (Free)."

Enter your email address in the field and tap "Send Email." A URL will be sent to that address, so please proceed with account registration.
3.
Set Kashima Antlers as your favorite club, check "Receive emails," and tap the register button. Your J.League ID registration is now complete.
Step 2: Link your J.League ID and Fan Club Membership Number (One-Touch Pass ID)
1.
Access "
Kashi Ticket" on your device and log in with your registered J.League ID.
2.
From the menu in the upper right, tap "One-Touch Pass ID (Club-issued membership number) Settings."
3.
Tap "Add One-Touch Pass ID."
*If you have already linked your One-Touch Pass ID, your registered fan club grade will be displayed on this screen.
4.
On the club selection screen, select "Kashima Antlers" and tap "Enter One-Touch Pass ID."
5.
Enter the fan club membership number (One-Touch Pass ID) written on your membership card.
6.
Enter the date of birth you registered when you joined SÓCIO/Fan Club.
7.
Confirm that the membership number and fan club grade information to be linked to your J.League ID are correct, then tap "Proceed to Step 4 (Confirm Customer Information)."
8.
Confirm that there are no changes to the information displayed on the screen, then tap "Complete."
9.
When the screen displays "One-Touch Pass ID (Club-issued membership number) registration is complete.", the process is finished.
Step 3: Ticket application on "Kashima Ticket" *For SÓCIO Gold members

Access "
Kashi Ticket" on your device. Log in with your J.League ID linked to your fan club membership number, and select "vs Nagoya Grampus" from the match selection screen.

Tap the button for your desired seat type.

From the displayed options, select the one that includes your "membership grade" (e.g., "[¥0 Purchase] SOCIO Gold").

Check your fan club grade and fan club membership number (One-Touch Pass ID) that you linked in Step 2, then tap "Next."
5.
Tap either "Specify seat" or "Proceed to quantity selection without specifying seat." *The following steps describe the flow when not specifying a seat. For detailed instructions on specifying seats, please click

Select the number of tickets you wish to obtain (only 1 ticket can be obtained for ¥0).
7.
The temporarily reserved ticket information will be displayed. Confirm the details and tap "Proceed to purchase."
*The following steps describe the flow for completing the purchase of only ¥0 tickets. If you wish to purchase other seats together, tap "Search for other seats" and select your desired seat type.
8.
Select "No payment" for "Payment Method (Fees)" and "QR Ticket Issuance" for "Receipt Method (Fees)," then tap "Proceed."
9.
Review your purchase information and the various terms of use, then check the "I agree to the terms of use" checkbox and tap "Confirm Application."
10.
When the "Application Complete" screen is displayed, your purchase is complete.
11.
Tap "QR Ticket Issuance" in the upper right corner of "Kashima Ticket."
*For PC users, click "Ticket List / QR Ticket Issuance" from the menu button in the upper right corner.
12.
From the match selection screen, select "Kashima Antlers vs. Nagoya Grampus" and tap the ticket for which you want to display the QR ticket.
