We are pleased to announce that Tokyo International University player Shuto Morooka (4th year student) has been confirmed to join the club in 2023.
The player had previously been confirmed to join Jubilo Iwata in 2023, but due to the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber's (DRC) "ban on registering new players for the next two registration periods (2023 1st and 2nd registration periods)" against the club, his provisional contract with the club was terminated by November 17.
