Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales counter (event window) at the stadium on match day. Please review the following precautions before purchasing tickets.

・At the time of purchase, you will be required to provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter, and present a form of identification such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, in the event that an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged to the same-day ticket price.

・You cannot watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking.
・As the number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets via Shika Ticket before making a parking reservation.
・On match day, please go to the reception next to the wheelchair accessible parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter from the Gate 5 side. At that time, you will be given a ticket (QR) for your accompanying person.
・Season ticket members can purchase wheelchair accessible seats for 0 yen.

*2. Regarding sales of B Parking Passes
・B Parking Lot will be by advance reservation, and parking passes will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Pass (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Shika Ticket and come to B Parking Lot. At the entrance of B Parking Lot, scan your purchased ticket at the One-Touch Pass terminal for entry.
・B Parking Lot cannot be used without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase it from Shika Ticket on match day.
*For preschool children who do not occupy a seat, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if choosing Supporter's Seats Home, child/student price applies).
