Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on match day. Please check the notes below before purchasing tickets.

・At the time of purchase, you will be required to fill out your personal information ("Name", "Contact", "Address") at the counter and present a form of identification such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers etc., to the extent necessary, in the event that an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch the game from visitor seats, please purchase them through Kashi-Tike.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected on the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair seat" ticket. One accompanying person may enter free of charge.
・Watching the game while seated in a wheelchair is not permitted in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking.
・As the number of wheelchair-accessible seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket via Kashima Ticket (Kashi-Tike) before making your parking reservation.
・On match day, please proceed to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair-accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About B Parking Ticket sales
・Parking lot B will require advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashi-Tike and come to parking lot B. At the entrance to parking lot B, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You will not be able to use parking lot B without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase them at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from Kashi-Tike on match day.
*If a preschooler does not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if choosing Supporters' Seat Home, children's/junior high/high school prices apply).
*For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashi-Tike (J.League Ticket)
