Announcement of Special Event "Hokkaido & Ibaraki Food Fest!" for the Sapporo Match (5/14)

We would like to announce that a special event, "Hokkaido/Ibaraki Food Stall Festival!", will be held at the 2022 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchday 13 match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo, scheduled for Saturday, May 14th.

At this match, food and beverage stalls offering local specialties from both clubs' home regions will be set up outside the stadium, and limited-edition menus will be available at some shops on the concourse inside the stadium. Pair tickets including "two Ibaraki melons" and "Hokkaido asparagus" are also on sale, so please enjoy a variety of delicious foods along with watching the match!

Additionally, the popular player cards for visitors will feature four academy-trained players (Doi, Oki, Yamada, and Funahashi). A set of all four players' cards will be distributed to the first 10,000 visitors, so please come to Kashima Stadium with your friends and family!

This match is scheduled to be held at 100% stadium capacity (approximately 37,000 people), based on the J.League's COVID-19 response guidelines and requests from Ibaraki Prefecture. We will continue to strive to provide a safe and secure viewing environment, and the entire club looks forward to your visit.

With the slogan "Football Dream - Challenge -", we will be holding various events at each home game throughout the 2022 season as we challenge ourselves to achieve the major goal of reclaiming the title.

A variety of gourmet dishes made with local specialties from Hokkaido and Ibaraki Prefecture will be sold mainly in the area outside the stadium (near Mercari Road). Limited-edition menus will also be sold at some shops on the concourse inside the stadium, so please enjoy!

A dish that seems like it should have existed before: harami meshi topped with natto. No sauce or soy sauce is added to the natto, which mellows the rich flavor of the harami. The natto brings together the harami, tofu, and rice.

In commemoration of the match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo, this was devised as an Antlers' good luck meal and victory meal. It's a special ramen with a miso-based soup, topped with 12 ingredients, symbolizing the supporters!

For the Sapporo match, we will also hold the "Sekisho Challenge Match -for a Healthy Next Generation-". With the cooperation of Sekisho Shoji Co., Ltd., an official club partner, we will exhibit hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) and imported electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs) as an event to promote hydrogen energy and carbon neutrality. In addition, hydrogen fuel cell buses will supply electricity to surrounding booths. There will also be a Twitter campaign and a quiz corner where you can win uniforms and other prizes.
