Tickets can be purchased on the day of the match at the same-day ticket counter (event window) located at the stadium. Please check the following precautions before purchasing your tickets.

・At the time of purchase, you will be required to fill out personal information such as "Name," "Contact Information," and "Address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers and other relevant authorities to the necessary extent if an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats will not be sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch the game from visitor-only seats, please purchase them through Kashi-Ticket.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected on the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair-accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. Regarding the sale of B Parking Tickets
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B Parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashi-Ticket and come to B Parking. At the B Parking entrance, please hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・B Parking cannot be used without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, tickets cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase tickets from Kashi-Ticket even on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (if you choose Supporters' Seat Home, it will be the elementary/junior high school price).
