[About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium]
Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on match day. Please read the following precautions before purchasing tickets.

[Important Notes]
・When purchasing, you will be required to fill out personal information ("Name," "Contact Information," "Address") at the counter and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers to the extent necessary if a person infected with or suspected of being infected with an infectious disease is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch from visitor-only seats, please purchase them through Kashima Ticket.
・It takes about 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time.

*1. When using wheelchair accessible seats
・If a person in a wheelchair uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be a "wheelchair accessible seat." One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking.
Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・The number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, so please be sure to purchase tickets via Kashima Ticket and then reserve parking in advance.
・On match day, please come to the reception next to the dedicated wheelchair parking (D Parking) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter from the Gate 5 side. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About B parking ticket sales
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will require advance reservations, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashima Ticket and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased ticket at the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・B parking cannot be used without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase it from Kashima Ticket on match day.
*For preschool children who do not occupy a seat, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing Supporters' Seat Home).
*For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashima Ticket (J.League Ticket)
Kashima Antlers home games require direct entry by scanning the QR code or paper ticket at each gate.
