Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the notes below before purchasing tickets.

・At the time of purchase, you will need to fill in your personal information (name, contact information, address) at the counter and present identification such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers to the extent necessary if an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch from the visitor seats, please purchase them from KASHIMA TICKET.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket information to be reflected in the gate terminals after issuance. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time.

*1. When using wheelchair-accessible seating
・If a person in a wheelchair uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be a "wheelchair seat". One accompanying person may enter for free.
・Watching from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space is not permitted.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of member pre-sales (SÓCIO pre-sales) for each desired match.
・The number of wheelchair seats is limited, so please be sure to purchase your ticket through KASHIMA TICKET before making a parking reservation.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About B Parking Ticket Sales
・For matches with capacity restrictions, Parking Lot B will require advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from KASHIMA TICKET and come to Parking Lot B. At the entrance of Parking Lot B, please hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use Parking Lot B without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, tickets cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase tickets from KASHIMA TICKET on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if you choose Supporters Seat Home, the child/student price applies).
