■Notification of Lottery Results
You will be notified by email regarding the lottery results (to the email address registered at the time of application). The lottery results email is scheduled to be sent on December 10 (Fri).
*If you have set up domain-specific reception, you will not receive the lottery results email. Please configure your settings to receive emails from "@kashimaantlers.jp".
■Product Exchange/Purchase Method
1) Exchange/purchase at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store
Your membership card is required for exchange. Please bring it with you when you visit.
2) Exchange/purchase via cash on delivery
Please make payment upon arrival of the package.

December 18 (Sat) 10:00 AM - December 26 (Sun) 5:00 PM
*If you do not visit or pick up the item within the period, it will be shipped via cash on delivery.
(For cash on delivery, a shipping fee of ¥550 in addition to the product price and a handling fee based on the purchase amount will be charged. Please be aware of this in advance.)
