Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales counter (event window) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the precautions below before purchasing tickets.

【Precautions】
・As per the J.League's ticket sales rules for matches with capacity restrictions, when purchasing at the counter, you will need to fill in your personal information such as "Name," "Contact Information," and "Address," and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・In the event that an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium, personal information may be provided to public health centers or other necessary organizations to the extent required.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, a separate handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket information to be reflected from ticket issuance to the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter, please allow ample time.

*2. When using wheelchair accessible seats:
・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use the designated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be for a "wheelchair accessible seat." One accompanying person may enter free of charge.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the designated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of member-exclusive presales (SÓCIO presales) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, please make sure to purchase your tickets through the web ticket sales "Kashima Ticket" before making a parking reservation.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*3. About B Parking Ticket Sales:
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from the web ticket sales "Kashima Ticket" and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased ticket with the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use B parking without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase them at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from "Kashima Ticket" even on the day of the match.
*For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally the adjacent seat is empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with the guardian who purchased the seat. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (child/student prices apply if choosing Supporters Seat Home or Visitor Exclusive Seat).
