■For Annual Ticket Holders (SÓCIO, Season Ticket Members)
You will be issued two free invitation tickets that can be used for home games in the 2022 season.
*The free invitation tickets will be issued as coupons, and you can use them for any match in the 2022 season for tickets of your membership grade or lower. You can also transfer them to a companion.
*Please note that ticket refunds will not be issued for SÓCIO members and season ticket members.
*All tickets that have been transferred to others will be canceled. The right to free invitation tickets usable for home games in the 2022 season will be granted to SÓCIO and season ticket members.
*Free invitation ticket coupons are scheduled to be sent around mid-February 2022.
■For Customers Who Obtained Tickets via SÓCIO Personal Choice
Personal choice tickets obtained for the two applicable matches will be invalidated. Customers who applied for these tickets will later receive coupon codes (serial keys) via email, equivalent to the number of personal choice tickets they obtained.
*Coupon codes equivalent to the number of personal choice tickets are scheduled to be sent around the end of September.
*Please set your email client to receive emails from "@kashimaantlers.jp".
■For Customers Who Purchased Tickets via J.League Ticket (Kashi-Ticket)
(1) For Customers Who Purchased QR Tickets
The ticket price you paid will be refunded. We will send an email regarding the refund procedure to the email address registered with your J.League ID (refunds will be processed using Wellnet Co., Ltd.'s remittance service).
Please check the "Refund Procedure Flow" below and complete the procedure by the refund deadline. Please note that the refund start date differs for each match.

・Sunday, September 5, vs Nagoya: Thursday, October 14 – Wednesday, November 17, 23:59
・Saturday, September 11, vs Fukuoka: Tuesday, October 19 – Wednesday, November 17, 23:59
【Refund Procedure Flow】
On the first day of the refund acceptance period for each match, three emails regarding the refund procedure will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID.
*Please set your email client to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-support@pia.co.jp" and "refundss@pia.co.jp".
*If emails with URLs are being rejected, please disable the rejection setting.

＜Step 2: Check the second email＞

・Content: We will provide the ID and password required for the refund.
・Notes:
*The ID and password required for the refund are valid only this time. Please note that you cannot log in with your J.League ID.
*If you purchased tickets multiple times, an ID and password will be issued for each purchase.
*Please note that if you enter the login ID or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked.

*Inquiry response hours: 11:00 - 17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
＜Step 3: Check the third email＞
・Subject: Request for registration of refund destination account information
・Sender address: refundss@pia.co.jp
・Content: After providing the refund ID, we will send you a URL for the refund procedure.
＜Step 4: Register refund destination account information＞
After logging in with the ID and password required for the refund (mentioned in the email from Step 2), please register your refund destination account information.
*Please be sure to confirm that there are no errors in the "transfer amount" and "transfer destination account."
*If you miss the deadline for the procedure, we will not be able to process the refund. Please be sure to complete the procedure within the deadline.

＜Step 5: Confirm refund＞
The amount equivalent to the purchased ticket price will be deposited into the bank account you registered in Step 4.
・Procedure completed between 8:50 and 14:30 on weekdays: Immediate transfer
・Procedure completed outside of these hours: Transfer on the next business day
*Transfer results will be notified by email (sender address: refundss@pia.co.jp).
(2) For Customers Who Purchased Paper Tickets
The ticket price you paid will be refunded.

【Refund Method】

Please bring your tickets to the store where they were issued within the refund acceptance period.
