[Regarding Novel Coronavirus Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or anyone living with you has had any of the above symptoms of poor health within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from the management when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) After the event, promptly withdraw and return home.
