Tickets can be purchased on the match day at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium. Please review the following notes before purchasing tickets.

・As per J.League ticket sales rules for matches with capacity limits, when purchasing at the counter, you will need to fill in your personal information ("Name", "Contact Information", "Address") and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers to the extent necessary if an infected person or suspected infected person is discovered at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・Seat selection (e.g., front row, aisle seats) is not available.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, a separate fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats are not handled at the stadium's same-day ticket sales. If you wish to watch from visitor-only seats, please purchase them via "Kashi-Ticket."
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time.

・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations are accepted starting from the first day of member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・The number of wheelchair seats is limited, so please be sure to purchase your ticket via "Kashi-Ticket" and then reserve parking in advance.
・On the match day, please go to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After check-in, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive a ticket (QR) for your accompanying person.
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select a wheelchair seat and purchase it for 0 yen.

※4. About B Parking Pass sales
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B Parking Lot will require advance reservations, and parking passes will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Pass (QR ticket, paper ticket) from "Kashi-Ticket" and come to the B Parking Lot. At the B Parking Lot entrance, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You will not be able to use the B Parking Lot unless you purchase a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are still spots available, you can purchase it from "Kashi-Ticket" on the match day.
※For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and in principle, the adjacent seat is empty. However, to maintain an optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with the accompanying adult in the purchased seat. If a preschooler occupies a seat, a separate ticket is required (child/student price for Supporters' Seat Home and Visitor-only Seat).
