■Notification of Lottery Results
We will notify you by email (to the email address registered with your J.LEAGUE ID) regarding the lottery results. The winning/losing notification email is scheduled to be delivered at 6:00 PM on July 7th (Wednesday).
*If you have set up domain-specific reception, you will not receive the notification email. Please set your domain to "＠kashimaantlers.jp".

■Exchange/Delivery Schedule
Clubhouse pickup and shipping are scheduled to begin sequentially from the end of July.

・Payment will be made via convenience store (the club will send a dedicated payment slip. For those requesting delivery, a payment slip with the delivery fee added will be sent).
・"Fan club discounts are not applicable."
・We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns for products that have been used, or products that have become dirty or damaged due to customer's convenience.
・Due to the impact of the new coronavirus, product shipping may be delayed from the scheduled date. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Bicycles will be packaged and sold 95% assembled. Customers are responsible for installing the pedals, basket, and front light themselves (tools are included with the product).
・Bicycle anti-theft registration is mandatory. Please register for anti-theft at your nearest designated registration location.
・Bicycle comes with a 1-year warranty.
