[About Same-day Ticket Sales at the Stadium]
Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event counter) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the following precautions before purchasing tickets.

[Precautions]
・As per J.League ticket sales rules for matches with capacity restrictions, you will be required to provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter upon purchase, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary if an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

・On the day of the match, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair-only parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive a ticket (QR) for your accompanying person.
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seating and purchase it for 0 yen.

*4. About B Parking Pass Sales
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will require advance reservation, and parking passes will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking pass (QR ticket, paper ticket) from the web ticket sales "Kashima Ticket" and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased ticket on the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use B parking unless you purchase a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase it at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there is availability, you can purchase it from "Kashima Ticket" even on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. While seats are generally arranged with a certain distance apart, leaving the adjacent seat empty, to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied by a pre-school child, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing Supporters Seat Home or Visitor Dedicated Seat).
