[About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium]
Tickets can be purchased at the event window in the stadium on the day of the match. Please confirm the following precautions before purchasing tickets.

[Precautions]
・As per J.League ticket sales rules for matches with capacity restrictions, you will need to provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter and present identification such as a driver's license when purchasing.
・Your personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (including tax) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes about 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you are purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

・If a wheelchair user uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be for "wheelchair seating." One accompanying person can enter for free.
・Wheelchair users cannot watch the match while seated in their wheelchairs in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of advance sales for members (SÓCIO advance sales) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets through "Kashima Ticket" (web ticket sales) and then make a parking reservation in advance.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seating and purchase it for 0 yen.

*4 B parking tickets are available for sale
・For matches with capacity restrictions, Parking Lot B will require advance reservations, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket) from "Kashima Ticket" (web ticket sales) and proceed to Parking Lot B. At the entrance of Parking Lot B, hold your purchased QR ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You will not be able to use Parking Lot B without purchasing a QR ticket in advance. If there is availability, you can also purchase on the day of the match through "Kashima Ticket."
*For preschool children who do not occupy a seat, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. While seats are generally spaced out with an empty seat next to each, to maintain optimal distance, preschool children should sit with the accompanying adult in the purchased seat. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (child/student price for Supporters' Seat Home or Visitor Seating).
