■ Project Concept
Kashima Antlers: "What has been" and "What is to come"
~Looking at the past, present, and future at the 30th anniversary~
Kashima Antlers was founded on October 1, 1991.
Joining the J. League was described as "99.9999% impossible," a path that was by no means smooth. However, the club pressed forward, fueled by the grand dreams of many people.
This spirit remains unchanged in 2021, as the club celebrates its 30th anniversary. As the enduring club slogan "Football Dream" suggests, the club continues to advance step by step, turning dreams into power.
This yearbook, marking the 30th anniversary, aims to be a medium through which everyone involved with Antlers can reaffirm and share their understanding of the club's "past" achievements and its "current" position, and to create an opportunity for everyone to imagine the "future" of Antlers.
For the Antlers family to share the same dream and move forward together for the next 30 years—.

【Current Position】
To focus on the "current" Antlers battling in the '21 season, we interview three players who carry the team: Shoma Doi, Kento Misao, and Everaldo.
[2021 Season Outlook (1)]
Shoma Doi
In their retirement press conferences, Atsuto Uchida and Hitoshi Sogahata, who retired at the end of the '20 season, named Shoma Doi as the next pillar. We ask about his aspirations for the '21 season as he takes on the role of Antlers' leader in both name and reality.
[2021 Season Outlook (2)]
Kento Misao
Under coach Zago, Kento Misao leads the team as captain. We ask him to explain the new tactics introduced last year, as well as the current state of the team, his impressions of new players, and his goals for the '21 season.
[2021 Season Outlook (3)]
Everaldo
He was the team's top scorer last season and delivered results as a striker in his first year with the club. Despite offers from other countries, we explore his passionate desire to play for Antlers and his mindset for his second year.

【Future of Antlers】
Looking to the "future" of Antlers, we interview two young players who will be the torchbearers of a new era: Ayase Ueda and Ryotaro Araki.
[Vision of the New Era's Torchbearers (1)]
Ayase Ueda
Last year, Ayase Ueda greatly demonstrated his talent and potential as the season progressed. With his presence and prominence growing, we ask the 22-year-old striker about his future and the future of Antlers.
[Vision of the New Era's Torchbearers (2)]
Ryotaro Araki
Last year, despite being a rookie, Ryotaro Araki played in 26 league matches and was a core member of the offense. We ask the promising midfielder, who has been entrusted with the club's unique ace number 13, about his dreams, ideals, and goals.
