■Project Concept
Kashima Antlers' "Past" and "Future"
~Looking at the past, present, and future at the 30th anniversary~

Kashima Antlers was founded on October 1, 1991.
Joining the J.League was described as "99.9999% impossible," and the path was certainly not easy, but the club moved forward, powered by the grand dreams of many people.
This attitude remains unchanged in 2021, marking its 30th anniversary. As the club's eternal slogan "Football Dream" indicates, the club continues to advance step by step, turning dreams into power.
In this yearbook, released for the 30th anniversary, the goal is to create a medium where everyone involved with Antlers can share and recognize the "past" footprints and "present" position, and together imagine the "future" of Antlers.
For the Antlers family to share the same dream and move forward together for the next 30 years.
