3. Enter your original name and back number registration.

*Due to the special processing, cancellations after ordering, or changes to names, sizes, etc., cannot be made. Please be aware.
*The name and date will be printed exactly as entered. Please ensure your input is correct.
*There is no processing on the front surface.
*Please note that we cannot process uniforms brought in by customers.
*Please enter the date in the "Back Number" field. The back number itself is not included.
