To all those planning or considering attending a Kashima Antlers home game with multiple people, we would like to guide you on how to purchase seats next to your companions.

If you are attending as a group of multiple people, such as family or friends, the representative can purchase tickets for everyone at once to secure seats next to each other (with one seat in between) (※1). After purchasing, please distribute the "electronic tickets (Kashima Ticket QR tickets)" to your companions (※2).

As part of its measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Kashima Antlers has designated all viewing seats for home games as reserved seats, arranged in a checkerboard pattern with one empty seat on all sides. Furthermore, to reduce the risk of infection, we have eliminated face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets, and only operate with "electronic tickets (Kashima Ticket QR tickets)" which allow us to obtain individual contact information of attendees.

※2. For SÓCIO and season ticket members who have the right to acquire tickets for 0 yen, it is not possible to select 0-yen tickets and paid tickets simultaneously. We apologize for the inconvenience, but after acquiring the 0-yen ticket, please purchase tickets for your companions separately.

Access Kashima Ticket and log in with your J.League ID from the account menu.




Select the "Purchase Tickets" button for the match you wish to attend.




Select the type of seat you wish to purchase.




Select the option that matches your membership grade and click or tap "Select".
※The figure shows an example for Freaks members.




[Fan Club Members Only] Confirm your One-Touch Pass ID (membership number) to be used, and click or tap "Next".
※If you selected "General" on the previous screen, this screen will not be displayed.




On the screen below, click or tap "Select Seats".




Select the block you wish to view from the block diagram or by clicking or tapping "Select this Block".




Select your desired seat from the blue circles.




Confirm the seat type, seat number, and price, then click or tap the "Select" button.
※For seats in the East Zone, West Zone, Supporters' Seats, etc., where there are adult and child/junior/senior high school prices, please select the corresponding price option.




The red circle indicates the seat currently temporarily reserved. Select the blue circle next to the red circle with one seat left empty, and click or tap it.




Confirm the seat type, seat number, and price, then click or tap the "Select" button.




Confirm that the selected seats (red circles) are adjacent with one seat empty, and click or tap "Confirm Seats".




Confirm the details of the selected seats and click or tap "Proceed to Purchase". Then, fill in the necessary information to complete the purchase.
