■Flow of your visit
At the store, please scan the QR code to access the "Entry Record Form," fill in the necessary information such as your name and contact details, and then proceed with your visit.
*The number of people who can enter at the same time will be limited. If you visit during busy hours, you may have to wait, so please follow the staff's instructions when entering.
■Precautions for your visit
・Please note that guidance may change depending on the situation. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
・The entrance and exit will be different from usual. Entry and exit to the clubhouse will be from the ground-side entrance.
・Please note that Antlers Cafe remains closed.
*To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, we ask for your cooperation with the following:
・We will conduct temperature checks. Customers with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher will be denied entry.
・Please disinfect your hands upon entering the store.
・Please wear a mask.
・When lining up for entry and payment, please maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from other customers.
・Apparel, caps, etc., cannot be tried on.
・Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for defective items.
・Information regarding operations after October will be announced at a later date.
＜Notice of charges for plastic bags＞
Due to the mandatory charging for plastic bags, the free distribution of plastic bags at the official shop ended in July. If you wish to use a plastic bag, it will be available for purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
