*For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and in principle, the adjacent seat will be empty. ・If a person in a wheelchair uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be a "wheelchair seat". One attendant is allowed free entry.
・You cannot watch the match while remaining in a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of member priority sales (SÓCIO priority) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please make sure to purchase your ticket via "KASHIMA TICKET" (web ticket sales) before reserving parking.
・On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the dedicated wheelchair parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the attendant's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for ¥0.

・For matches with a 5,000-person capacity limit, B Parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket) from "KASHIMA TICKET" (web ticket sales) and proceed to the B Parking lot. At the B Parking lot entrance, hold your purchased QR ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal for entry.
・You cannot use B Parking without purchasing a QR ticket in advance. If there are vacancies, you can also purchase on "KASHIMA TICKET" on the match day.
