However, as a measure to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, we will guide you into the store after you fill out the necessary information in the "Entry Record Form" at the entrance. Please see the details below for more information on how to visit the store.
Please note that in order to prevent the infection and spread of the novel coronavirus, top team practice viewing and fan services will continue to be suspended. Please be aware of this before visiting the store.
■ Weekdays (excluding home game days)
Reservations are not required for visits.
Please read the QR code to access the "Entry Record Form" at the store entrance, fill in the necessary information such as your name and contact details, and then enter the store.

＜Other information＞
・The store will operate on a complete reservation system, divided into 20-minute time slots. You will not be able to enter without a reservation. The maximum capacity is 20 people per 20-minute slot.
・Up to 2 people per group can apply with one application.
・Reservations can be made until 7:00 PM the day before each business day.
・Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your reserved time.
・Customers who wish to refund tickets purchased at the Clubhouse store can do so without a reservation. Please speak to the staff at the entrance.
・If you are unable to visit or will be late, please contact us.
■ Notes on visiting the store
・Please note that information may change depending on the situation.
・The entrance and exit are different from usual. Entry and exit to the clubhouse will be through the entrance on the ground side.
・Please note that Antlers Cafe will remain closed.
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, please cooperate with the following:
・We will conduct temperature checks. Customers with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will be denied entry.
・Please disinfect your hands upon entering the store.
・Please wear a mask.
・When lining up for entry or checkout, please maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from other customers.
・Apparel, caps, etc. cannot be tried on.
・Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for defective products.

＜Notice of charge for shopping bags＞
Due to the mandatory charging for shopping bags, the free distribution of shopping bags at the official shop will end in July. If you wish to use a shopping bag, it will be sold for a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
