・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased will be a "wheelchair seat". One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket through the web ticket sales "KASHIMA TICKETS" before making a parking reservation.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. Parking Ticket B will be sold
・For matches with a 5,000-person capacity limit, Parking Lot B will require advance reservations, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a Parking Ticket B (QR ticket) from the web ticket sales "KASHIMA TICKETS" and come to Parking Lot B. At the entrance of Parking Lot B, hold your purchased QR ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use Parking Lot B unless you purchase a QR ticket in advance. If there are still spots available, you can also purchase it from "KASHIMA TICKETS" on the day of the match.
