[About Reservations]
・The shop will operate by appointment only, divided into 20-minute time slots. You will not be able to enter without a reservation. Each 20-minute slot is limited to a maximum of 5 groups or 10 people.
・Up to 2 people per group can apply with one reservation.
・Reservations can be made until 5:00 PM on the day before each business day.
・Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your reserved time.
Customers who wish to refund tickets purchased at the Clubhouse store will be assisted without a reservation. Please speak to a staff member at the entrance.

・The entrance and exit will be different from usual. Entry and exit to the clubhouse will be from the ground side.

To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, we ask for your cooperation with the following:
・We will conduct temperature checks. Customers with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher will be denied entry.
・Please disinfect your hands upon entering the store.

・When lining up for entry or payment, please maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from other customers.
・Apparel, caps, etc., cannot be tried on.
・Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for defective products.

[Notice Regarding Charges for Plastic Bags]
Due to the mandatory charging for plastic bags, the free distribution of plastic bags at the official shop will end in July. If you wish to use a plastic bag, it will be sold at a fee. We appreciate your understanding.
