*Tickets issued at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store have "Kashima Antlers Clubhouse Store" printed on the bottom left of the ticket.
■ Refund Method by Mail:
Please enclose your ticket and a memo with the following required information: bank name, branch name, account type, account number (ordinary or current), account holder's name (furigana), fan club membership number, address, and phone number of the bank account for refund. Send them by registered mail to the address below (must arrive by July 31st). For Japan Post Bank accounts, please provide the bank transfer store name, deposit type, and account number.
*Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
*Refunds will take approximately 3-4 weeks after the refund acceptance period ends, due to processing. Please be aware of this in advance.
*Refunds will also be available at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store once it reopens. If there is no prospect of the clubhouse reopening, there is a possibility of further extensions.
*Information regarding the reopening date of the Official Shop Clubhouse Store will be announced on the official website as soon as it is decided.
*Refunds at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store are limited to tickets for the above 5 matches and yearbook exchange vouchers purchased at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store.
