How to apply for a refund or donation for 2020 season tickets

We would like to inform you about how to apply for refunds and donations for 2020 season tickets (SÓCIO, Season Tickets).

If you wish to receive a refund or make a donation for your 2020 season tickets, please be sure to apply within the specified period. Please note that 2020 season tickets are valid in principle, so if no application is made within the period, you can continue to use them.

Refund/Donation Acceptance Period
June 17, 2020 (Wed) 17:00 - July 15, 2020 (Wed) 23:59
*If you wish to receive a refund or make a donation, please be sure to apply within the specified period.

Handling of Fan Club Benefits after Refund Application (including donations)
Since Freaks Member fees (fan club membership fees) are not eligible for refunds, Freaks Member (fan club) benefits will continue to be received even after applying for a refund (including donations). In addition, SÓCIO members' annual parking passes and 90-minute service voucher benefits will remain valid. For this year only, the renewal period will be considered continuous, and when purchasing 2021 season tickets (SÓCIO), you will be able to preferentially purchase your current reserved seats.

How to Apply for Refund / Waiver of Refund (Donation)
*Refund / Waiver of Refund (Donation) applications have closed.

■ Refund Method
For those who have applied for a refund, we will send you separate instructions for repayment. We kindly ask you to complete the procedure by the deadline. We will inform you about the refund method as soon as it is decided.

■ Refund Amount List
The refund amounts for each 2020 season ticket are as follows. Please note that Freaks Member fees (fan club membership fees), uniforms, yearbooks, 90-minute service vouchers, annual parking passes (or 90-minute service vouchers equivalent to annual parking passes), and various fees at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds. Please understand this in advance.
*Annual parking passes and 90-minute service vouchers can still be used after a refund.

■ About the tax incentives (donation deductions) system established by the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the Japan Sports Agency

[Individual Customers]
・Those who choose not to receive a refund (waive it) will have a portion of that amount considered a "donation" and will be eligible for a new tax incentive (donation deduction) system established by the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the Japan Sports Agency.
 - Approximately 40% of the waived amount will be deducted from income tax.
 - The maximum amount for ticket fees is up to a total of 200,000 yen.

・Donation deduction procedure
 - Apply using the application form above.
 - Receive two types of certificates from the club: "Designated Event Certificate" and "Certificate of Waiver of Refund Claim" (scheduled to be sent around the end of August).
 - Attach the certificates received from the club and apply for final tax return.

・Return gifts
 - Separate return gifts will be sent to those who make donations. Details will be announced separately.

[Corporate Customers]
・The National Tax Agency has officially clarified that the amount for which a refund is waived is considered "expenses other than donations" for tax purposes. *For tax purposes, it does not fall under entertainment expenses or donations and can be treated as a full deduction.

・A "Certificate of Waiver of Refund Claim" will be sent from the club.

・Return gifts
 - Separate return gifts will be sent to those who make donations. Details will be announced separately.
