・When making inquiries regarding credit card payments, you will need the "Registration ID" issued upon completion of membership. This ID cannot be reissued, so please be sure to record the number. We cannot accept inquiries made using your name, phone number, or credit card number.
・Please note that if you repeatedly join and withdraw within the same month, you will be charged for each instance of joining.
・If you are already a member via carrier billing (docomo, au, SoftBank) and wish to switch to credit card payment, please first unsubscribe from your existing carrier account and then proceed with new membership registration. If you do not unsubscribe, you will be double-registered and charged by both methods.
・If you switch to credit card payment in the middle of a month, please note that you will be charged by both carrier billing and credit card payment for that month.
・If you wish to join using a carrier account, credit card payment is not available.
・When registering for membership using credit card payment, if you are already logged in to one of the above accounts (Yahoo! ID, Google ID, Twitter ID, LINE ID) in your web browser, please note that membership registration will be automatically completed with that account. Please check the login status of your account before proceeding with membership registration.
