*Refunds at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store are only available for tickets for the above three matches and yearbook exchange vouchers purchased at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store.
■Customers unable to visit the store
Please send your tickets via "simplified registered mail" to the Kashima Antlers Ticket Refund Office, to arrive no later than the reception period. After confirmation, we will refund the money to your designated account. Please see below for the procedure.
*Once reopened, the Official Shop Clubhouse Store will also handle refunds, but if it cannot reopen within the refund period, only mail-in refunds will be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
*Information regarding the reopening date of the Official Shop Clubhouse Store will be announced on the official website as soon as it is decided.
▼Mail-in Refund Method:
Please enclose your ticket and a memo with the necessary information (bank name, branch name, account name, account number (savings or current), account holder name (furigana), fan club member number, address, phone number for the refund bank account) and send it via simplified registered mail to the address below. If you use Japan Post Bank, please provide the store name, deposit type, and account number for bank transfers (must arrive by April 30th).
*Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please be aware of this in advance.
*Due to processing, refunds will take approximately 3-4 weeks after the refund acceptance period ends. Please be aware of this in advance.
