All purchased tickets for the above affected matches and events are eligible for a refund. They cannot be used for the rescheduled dates. However, annual tickets such as SOCIO and season tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

You can attend the rescheduled matches with your current IC card or app membership card. Furthermore, corporate customers who hold annual paper tickets (SOCIO, Season Tickets) for the matches eligible for refund can also attend the rescheduled matches with the same tickets.
※Please note that ticket refunds will not be issued to SOCIO members or season ticket members.
※All tickets that have been transferred to another person or sold through resale will be cancelled, and the rights to attend the rescheduled matches will revert to the SOCIO or season ticket members.


<For Customers who have already applied for tickets via SOCIO Personal Choice>
The following tickets, which have already been acquired using Personal Choice, will be invalid.

For customers who applied for the above matches via Personal Choice, a new coupon code (serial key) allowing application for 20 tickets will be reissued at a later date.
※The coupon code (serial key) used for the initial application will no longer be valid.

(1) For Customers who purchased QR tickets via J.League Tickets (KashiTike)
All applications made via QR tickets will be refunded via "Postal Transfer Payment Certificate".
※Your QR tickets cannot be used to attend the rescheduled matches. If you wish to attend, please purchase new tickets.

Refunds will be made via Postal Transfer Payment Certificate. Please wait for the arrival of the certificate.
※Please note that it may take approximately 2 to 3 months for the notification to arrive.
※The Postal Transfer Payment Certificate will be sent to the address registered at the time of purchase for your refund.
※The Postal Transfer Payment Certificate will arrive in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Business Center.
※Please bring identification and cash it at the post office.
※Refunds will be sent to the address registered for your J.League ID.

If you selected to pick up tickets at Seven-Eleven or Pia stores, have already paid for the tickets, but have not yet issued (do not have) the tickets, please issue the tickets at each store and follow the same refund procedure as "For those who have already picked up tickets."
※At Seven-Eleven, refunds cannot be accepted on the same day the tickets are issued. Please visit the same store where you issued the tickets after 10:00 AM the next day.
※Please issue tickets at least one day before the refund acceptance deadline and complete the refund procedure within the refund acceptance period.
※Issuing fees per ticket and system usage fees per ticket are also eligible for refund.

・Refund procedures will be handled at the store where the tickets were issued. Refunds cannot be made at other stores.
・Refunds cannot be made if the stub has been separated.
・Please note that refunds will not be processed after the refund period has passed.
(3) For Customers who purchased tickets via J.League Ticket Official Resale
All transactions for cancelled matches will be cancelled, and the tickets will be returned to the seller. For customers who purchased through resale, a refund will be processed to the credit card used.
The closing date and withdrawal date vary depending on your credit card company, so please check your statement or contact your credit card company directly.
(4) For Customers who purchased tickets via Ticket Pia or the Fan Club exclusive dial

※Tickets issued at the Official Shop Club House Store will have "Kashima Antlers Club House Store" printed on the bottom left of the ticket surface.

Please mail your tickets by "simple registered mail" to the Kashima Antlers Ticket Refund Office, ensuring they arrive within the acceptance period. After confirmation, we will refund to your designated account. Please see below for the procedure.
▼Refund method by mail:
Please enclose your tickets and a memo with the necessary information (bank name, branch name, account name, account number (savings or current), account holder's name (furigana), fan club membership number, address, phone number of the refund bank account) and send it by simple registered mail to the address below. If using Japan Post Bank, please include the store name, deposit type, and account number for bank transfers (must arrive by April 30th).
