[Important] Regarding Ticket Handling for Matches Postponed Due to COVID-19

Due to the postponement of all official matches from Wednesday, February 26 to Sunday, March 15 as a measure to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, we would like to announce the following decisions regarding tickets for Kashima Antlers home games and club-sponsored events, as well as yearbook exchange vouchers.

Please note that alternative dates will be announced as soon as they are decided.

■Regarding ticket handling
All purchased tickets for the above-mentioned matches and events are eligible for a refund. They cannot be used for alternative dates. However, annual tickets (SOCIO, Season Tickets) will remain valid for alternative dates and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

Procedures vary depending on the type of ticket and method of purchase, so please check your purchased ticket and refer to the following guide.






■For Annual Ticket (SOCIO, Season Ticket) holders




You can attend the rescheduled matches with your current IC card or app membership card. For corporations holding annual paper tickets (SOCIO, Season Tickets) for the matches eligible for refund, you can also attend the rescheduled matches with the same tickets.

*Please note that ticket refunds will not be issued to SOCIO members or Season Ticket members.
*Tickets that have been transferred to others, or tickets for which a sale has been completed through resale, will all be canceled, and the right to attend the rescheduled match will revert to the SOCIO or Season Ticket member.

<For customers who have already applied for tickets via SOCIO Personal Choice>

The following applicable tickets, for which you have already used Personal Choice and obtained [by 23:59 on Saturday, February 29], will be invalid.

・3 matches eligible for refund, and March 18 Tosu match, March 22 Shonan match

For customers who applied via Personal Choice by the above deadline, a new coupon code (serial key) that allows application for 20 tickets will be reissued at a later date.

*The coupon code (serial key) used for the application will become invalid.
*We will notify only eligible individuals separately via email.





■For customers who purchased tickets via J.League Ticket (Shikatike) or Ticket Pia




(1) For customers who purchased QR tickets via J.League Ticket (Shikatike)

All applications for QR tickets will be refunded via "Postal Transfer Payment Certificate".

*Your existing QR tickets cannot be used for the alternative matches. If you wish to attend, please purchase new tickets.

▼Refund method:
Refunds will be made via Postal Transfer Payment Certificate. Please wait for the certificate to arrive.
*Please note that it may take approximately 2-3 months for the notification to be sent. Thank you for your understanding.
*The Postal Transfer Payment Certificate will be sent to the address registered at the time of purchase for refund.
*The Postal Transfer Payment Certificate will arrive in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Administrative Center.
*Please bring your identification and exchange it for cash at the post office.
*Refunds will be sent to the address registered with your J.League ID.
We cannot change the delivery address or recipient. We appreciate your understanding.

(2) For customers who purchased paper tickets via J.League Ticket (Shikatike)

<For those who have not yet picked up tickets>
If you selected to pick up tickets at Seven-Eleven or Pia stores when purchasing tickets, have already paid for the tickets, but have not yet issued the tickets (do not have them in hand), please issue the tickets at each store and then follow the same refund procedure as "For those who have already picked up tickets."
*At Seven-Eleven, refunds cannot be accepted on the same day the tickets are issued. Please visit the store where the tickets were issued again after 10:00 AM the next day.
*Please issue tickets by one day before the refund acceptance deadline and complete the refund procedure within the refund acceptance period.
*Issuing fees/ticket and system usage fees/ticket are also eligible for refund.

▼Notes:
・Refund procedures will be processed at the store where the tickets were issued. Refunds cannot be processed at other stores.
・Refunds are not possible after the ticket stub has been separated.
・Please note that refunds cannot be accepted after the refund period has passed.

(3) For customers who purchased tickets via J.League Ticket Official Resale
All transactions for canceled matches will be voided, and tickets will be returned to the seller. For customers who purchased through resale, a refund will be processed to the credit card used.

The monthly closing date and withdrawal date vary depending on your credit card company, so please check your statement or contact your credit card company directly.

(4)For customers who purchased tickets via Ticket Pia or the Fan Club dedicated dial

Please bring your tickets to the Official Shop/Clubhouse Store to process your refund.

Refund acceptance period: Mid-March (scheduled) - Thursday, April 30

*All refunds will be made in cash.
*Tickets issued at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store will have "Kashima Antlers Clubhouse Store" printed on the bottom left corner of the ticket face.

<For customers who cannot visit the store>

Please mail your tickets by "simple registered mail" to the Kashima Antlers Ticket Refund Office, with arrival by the end of the acceptance period. After confirmation, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account. Please see below for the procedure.

▼Refund method by mail:

Please enclose your tickets and a memo containing the necessary information (bank name, branch name, account name, account number (ordinary or current), account holder's name (furigana), fan club membership number, address, and telephone number for the refund transfer bank account) and send it by simple registered mail to the address below. If using Japan Post Bank, please include the store name, deposit type, and account number for bank transfer (must arrive by April 30).

*Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that due to processing, refunds will take approximately 3-4 weeks after the refund acceptance period ends. Thank you for your understanding.

    All tickets for postponed matches will be invalidated.

    *All applications for the Hometown Appreciation Festival for the March 11 Levain Cup match against Kawasaki F will be invalidated. Information regarding the Hometown Appreciation Festival for rescheduled matches will be announced on the official website and other channels as soon as it is decided.

    ■For customers who purchased yearbook exchange vouchers




    The exchange vouchers will remain valid. You can exchange them for a yearbook at the home game venue when the league resumes after March 18. The special purchase bonus sticker will also be given at the time of exchange.

    If you wish for a refund, please check the refund method above and follow the procedures. In that case, please note that the pre-purchase bonus sticker will also be invalidated.
