■Comment from Manager Zago
"I am happy to return to Japan. The J-League is highly competitive, and the history that Antlers has built is truly enviable, as they are always competing for titles. Having lived here before, I feel like I've returned to a wonderful country, from its hospitality to its customs. It is a great honor to be able to work for such a club, and especially with Zico, who was my idol. I was captivated by watching him play when I was a child. To be able to work with him is something special. This will be a very important challenge in my career. We had an unforgettable season with Bragantino in Brazil, promoting them to the first division. Now, I will do my best to keep winning with Kashima and to secure the championship at the end of the season."
