【Service Content Changes / Important Notes】
■General
●Review of annual fees and ticket prices
Prices have been reviewed due to the change in consumption tax rate to 10%. We kindly ask for your understanding.
●Ticket resale (secondary market) service will begin (details will be announced separately).
*What is resale: A service that allows tickets to be resold at a price determined by the club.
●Dynamic pricing trial operation is planned (details will be announced separately).
*What is dynamic pricing: A service that automatically changes prices according to demand.
■For Existing Members Renewing
・Those who requested a seat change will be contacted sequentially after Monday, December 16.
*Please note in advance that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
・If you wish to cancel, please be sure to contact us using one of the following methods:
(1) Fill in the "Do not renew" checkbox on the "Renewal Confirmation" form and return it.
(2) Contact the Call Center.
