What to bring:
Water bottle, ball (we will lend one if you don't have one)
*Please come in clothes suitable for exercise on the day.
*There is no participation fee.
*In case of injury, first aid will be provided, but subsequent care will be at the participant's expense.
*Changing rooms, showers, etc., are not available.
*If the event is canceled due to rain or other reasons, we will notify you two hours before the check-in start time.
