The dried sweet potato made with Kaitsuka's original brand "Beni Tenshi" is characterized by its moist texture.
We research cultivation methods with our producers and increase the sweetness by aging the sweet potatoes at the most suitable temperature in our dedicated storage facility. We then carefully and thoroughly finish these sweet potatoes using Kaitsuka's special manufacturing process.
