Provide support in practical training and coaching for all categories of the development division, from school to youth, utilizing his professional experience.
■Comment from Mitsuo Ogasawara:
"In order for Kashima Antlers to become even stronger, I discussed with the club what I, having retired from active play, could do, and I have decided to be involved in the development division as an advisor. I believe I have conveyed my approximately 20 years of experience as a professional soccer player to the top team players, and from now on, I intend to give back what I have cultivated to the players in the development age group. I will put all my effort into helping as many academy players as possible to be promoted to the top team and to become core players for Antlers and for Japan."
