【How to Exchange for "Match Tickets"】
On the day of the match (March 12th), Kashima Antlers staff will be at the Shandong Provincial Museum Plaza. Please present your purchase completion screen or purchase confirmation email at the match ticket exchange counter to exchange it for a match ticket.
*Please be sure to bring your purchase completion screen or purchase confirmation email. If you do not have it, you will not be able to exchange it for a match ticket.
*As per the instructions of local public security, all spectators will enter the stadium by bus from the Shandong Provincial Museum. Please follow the instructions of the local staff and wait at the exchange point until the bus departs after exchanging your ticket.
The bus will depart at 13:30.
Exchange hours: Local time 12:30 to 13:00.
■Advance Application for Cheering Goods
We will check with the opposing club in advance regarding any cheering goods (banners, instruments, etc.) you wish to bring in.
